  Our Family USED to love this place.
  
  Called to order our usual (a half and half) and he tells me it can't be done, I tell him we always order it and he says well not today because the cooks not in, plus whatever flavor we wanted to order is going to be discontinued soon anyway. But it's not discontinued today! It was like he didn't want buisness. Then I order the pizzas separate and an extra $5 pizza. He tells me he won't deliver because I ordered a $5 pizza, even though I ordered 2 other $17 pizzas with it! I'm not just asking to deliver a $5 pizza. When I tell him that they've done it before he says carelessly "well we have new management." I ask for the owner and he says he is the owner. I've talked to the owner before and I knew it wasn't him but when I said that he told me there's lots of owners.
  
  The least he could have done was apologize for the inconvenience or show any kind of customer service. Figure out what your company does and doesn't do and stick to it to avoid confusion. He was very rude, unhelpful and seemed like he just didn't want to deal with another order. They have lost very consistent customers, we won't be going here again!
