  There are very few crappy experiences I can muster up in life but AT&T is top of the list! Obviously this location is a sanctuary for those without customer service or customer service etiquette. Let's start with the amount of incoming traffic of consumers - 2 individuals (1 clueless, 1 not so smart) does not work. Art. AT& Corp. look at the video tapes. I logged in over 5 hours and that was with pissed off people leaving.
  Now, when you're getting service the last thing you want to deal with are the employees getting calls or constant texts on their phones and taking time to respond.
  
  Follow up, well there is no such thing even when they tell you they were. They probably figure you won't remember so you have to go back down and do the butt dance again while waiting, waiting and waiting to get served.
  
  This store should be closed and turned into another taco shop since it gives AT&T a bad reputation.
  
  Avoid this location if your time, money and any but of quality matters
